RoomieHub is exclusively designed for students to find compatible roommates. All posts must be related to roommate finding and accommodation sharing. Any content that deviates from this purpose will be rejected.
Important Notice
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.This includes but is not limited to:
- Posts that are rejected for policy violations
- User account deactivation
- Mistakes made during posting
- Duplicate posts
- Posts that don't meet our guidelines
Please review your post carefully before submission. If you make a mistake, you will need to create a new post.
All posts must:
- Be related to finding roommates or accommodation sharing
- Contain accurate and truthful information
- Be appropriate for a student audience
- Follow our community standards
- Not contain spam, scams, or misleading information
- Not promote illegal activities
- Not contain discriminatory content
Posts will be rejected if they:
- Deviate from the platform's purpose
- Contain inappropriate content
- Violate our community guidelines
- Are incomplete or misleading
- Are duplicates of existing posts
We reserve the right to deactivate or suspend user accounts at our discretion for violations of these terms or platform misuse.
Account Deactivation
Accounts may be deactivated for:
- Repeated policy violations
- Spam or fraudulent activity
- Inappropriate behavior
- Misuse of the platform
No refunds will be provided for deactivated accounts.
By using our platform, you agree to:
